Wantable is a clothing subscription company (like StitchFix) and the Stream is a tool for customers to browse inventory and request/decline the item for their upcoming shipment. The existing Stream had no way of filtering or allowing the customer to edit their original quiz questions (which sets up their database for sizes, style preferences, etc.) Customer service was overwhelmed with requests so this project involved adding in that functionality.
• Met with stakeholders to assess the goals of the update.

• Went through several rounds of wireframes and user testing.
• Fully designed screens handed off to the developers.

Customers could edit their preferences as needed in an intuitive, clean way. Customer service calls about this quickly went down.
